Sellgent AI는 온라인 셀러를 위한 상품 소싱 및 분석 크롬 확장 프로그램입니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 사용자의 개인정보 보호를 최우선으로 합니다.

2. 수집하는 정보

Sellgent AI 확장 프로그램은 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 단, 사용자가 선택해 참여하는 설문에 입력한 정보는 아래 "선택 참여 설문"에 따라 처리됩니다.

로컬에 저장되는 정보

• 사용자 설정: 목표 마진율, 필터 설정, 저장된 상품 목록 등은 브라우저의 localStorage에만 저장됩니다.
• 계산 데이터: 모든 마진 계산과 가격 분석은 사용자 브라우저 내에서만 처리됩니다.
• 상품 정보: 상품 가격, 카테고리, 이미지 등 페이지 상의 정보는 로컬에서만 분석됩니다.
• 설문 참여 상태: 설문 카드를 다시 띄우지 않기 위해 "참여 완료" 또는 "다시 보지 않기" 여부만 localStorage에 저장됩니다.

선택 참여 설문 (Google Forms)

• 사이드바에 사용자 설문 카드가 표시될 수 있으며, 참여는 선택입니다.
• 설문은 운영자가 만든 Google Forms 페이지를 사이드바 안에 불러와 표시합니다. 응답은 Google Forms로 직접 제출되며, 확장 프로그램 코드는 응답 내용을 읽거나 전송하지 않습니다.
• 저장되는 정보: 설문 응답(운영 기간, 매출 구간, 사용 방식, 의견)과, 인터뷰 참여를 원하는 경우 동의 후 입력한 연락처(이메일 또는 전화번호)
• 이용 목적: 서비스 개선 및 사용자 인터뷰 안내
• 보유 기간: 연락처는 인터뷰 종료 후 12개월 이내 파기합니다. 인터뷰를 진행하지 않은 경우 설문 종료 후 12개월 이내 파기합니다.
• 동의를 거부할 수 있으며, 거부해도 확장 프로그램 이용에는 제한이 없습니다.
• 설문 페이지의 데이터 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

3. 정보의 이용 목적

데이터 저장

• 모든 데이터는 사용자의 로컬 브라우저에만 저장됩니다.
• 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 확장 프로그램 삭제 시 데이터는 자동으로 제거됩니다.

데이터 처리

• 상품 분석 및 마진 계산은 실시간으로 브라우저 내에서 수행됩니다.
• 사용자 추적, 분석, 광고 목적으로 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다.

4. 확장 프로그램 권한 안내

• 지원되는 쇼핑몰 상품 페이지에서만 동작하도록 제한됩니다.
• 가격, 카테고리, 평점 등의 상품 정보 분석에만 사용됩니다.

5. 제3자 제공

Sellgent AI는 어떠한 데이터도 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 아래의 경우는 예외로 할 수 있습니다.

• 법적 요청: 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우
• 서비스 제공자: 서비스 운영에 필수적인 경우 (데이터 공유 없음)

6. 데이터 보안

• 모든 데이터는 사용자 브라우저 내에서만 처리됩니다.
• 네트워크를 통한 데이터 전송이 없습니다.
• 결제 정보, 금융 정보 등 민감한 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

• 열람: 브라우저 저장소를 통해 직접 확인 가능

8. 데이터 보관 기간

1. Overview

Sellgent AI is a product sourcing and analysis browser extension for online sellers. This policy prioritizes the protection of users’ privacy above all else.

2. Information We Collect

The Sellgent AI extension does not collect personal information. Information you enter in an optional survey is handled as described in "Optional Survey" below.

Data Stored Locally

• User settings: Target margin rate, filter settings, and saved product lists are stored only in the browser’s localStorage.
• Calculation data: All margin calculations and analyses are performed entirely within the browser.
• Product information: Product prices, categories, and images are processed locally only.
• Survey status: Only whether you completed or dismissed the survey is stored in localStorage, so the survey card is not shown again.

Optional Survey (Google Forms)

• A user survey card may appear in the sidebar. Participation is optional.
• The survey is a Google Forms page created by the operator and loaded inside the sidebar. Answers are submitted directly to Google Forms; the extension code does not read or transmit them.
• Information stored: survey answers (selling period, revenue range, usage, feedback) and, only if you want to join an interview and consent, your contact (email or phone number)
• Purpose: improving the service and arranging user interviews
• Retention: contact information is deleted within 12 months after the interview ends, or within 12 months after the survey closes if no interview takes place.
• You may decline consent; declining does not limit your use of the extension.
• Data on the survey page is processed under the Google Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Data

Data Storage

• All data is stored only in the user’s local browser.
• No data is transmitted to external servers.
• Local data is automatically removed when the extension is uninstalled.

Data Processing

• All product analysis and margin calculations are performed in real time within the browser.
• No data is collected for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes.

4. Extension Permissions

• Used to read product information from supported shopping pages such as Coupang and Amazon.
• Page content is used solely for analysis and is never transmitted externally.

• Used exclusively for analyzing product information such as price, category, and rating.

5. Third-Party Sharing

Sellgent AI does not share any data with third parties. Exceptions may apply only when legally required.

7. User Rights

• Access: Data can be viewed directly in the browser storage.
• Correction: User settings can be modified.
